Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

UK shipping 
We do free shipping within the UK. No minimum spend required and no discount code needed — free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

International shipping
Delivery times and rates vary by country. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by JAG G ATHLETICS. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are outside of our control.

Tracking 
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Incorrect address

Lost or stolen packages
